Principles of Research Ethics

What is research:  Research is a systematic investigative process employed to increase current knowledge by discovering new fact.

What is business research:  Business research is a systematic process of gathering ,recording ,and analyzing data for aid in making business decisions.
Business research ethic principles:  There are many ethical principles in research that address the following codes:
i.   Integrity: Integrity  referes  to a sincere activity.it is a strive for consistency of thought and action.it is a great principle in research.
ii.  Honesty: Reporting data,results,methods,procedures and publications status honestly is a pivotal ethical principle in research.An honest employee should nay fabricate,falsify or misrepresent data.An honest  employee should not deceive colleagues or public.
iii.  Objectivity: Without objectivity,an employee cannot bring success in research.A research work will be successful if there is ample presence of objectivity towards the minds of the employee should avoid bias in experimental design,data analysis,data interpretation,peer review,personnel decisions,grant writing and other aspects of research where objectivity is required expected.
iv.  Confidentiality:  Confidentiality is another important ethical principle is research .Without confidentiality, a research secrecy cannot be maintained.
v.  Carefulness: Avoiding careless erors and negligence, examining work carefully and creitically and keeping good records of research of activities such as---
  a.    data collection;
  b.    research design;
  c.    correspondence with agencies or journals;    
vi. Openness:  Sharing  data,results,ideas,tools and resoures and being open to criticism and new ideas are intergral part of  ethical principles in research.  
vii.    Responsibility:  Monitoring every research task with responsibility is another prime ethical principle in research.

HOW TO CALCULATE LEAP YEAR IN EASY WAY

How to determine whether a year is a leap year:   

1. If the year is a leap year,then the year can be evenly divided by 4,then go to step 2, otherwise step 5
2. If the year can be evenly divided by 100,then go to step 3,otherwise step 4.
3. If the year evenly divisible by 400,then go to step 4, otherwise step 5.
4. There is a leap year it has 366 days in this year.
5. There is no leap year it has 365 days in a year .
